Return or Refund Policy
Please review our return policy on this page to comprehend the return conditions, procedures, and ensure that your item is eligible for return.
We maintain a 3-day Return & Exchange policy, indicating that you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
All products will only be exchanged or refunded if the product is damaged, defected or faulty. All items need to be unworn, in original packing with tags attached.
"Change of mind is not applicable to return & exchange policy"
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the identical condition as when you received it, not worn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also require the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Return an Item:
To initiate a return, kindly ship the parcel back to our official address. We will evaluate the item and accept or reject the return based on its condition and the reason provided.

Please indicate your name, phone number and order details on the parcel for reference.
If your return application is approved, you will receive a partial refund (total COD amount - delivery amount of 250 or the respective applied amount).
To file a return, please email your details(Name, phone number, order ID, tracking ID of parcel) on "craftydigitalmarketer@gmail.com"
Please provide the return item tracking number and the name of the courier company in the remarks section of the form. Follow the steps to finalize the application, and you will receive an email confirmation when the return request is processed.
Return Refunds:
We will notify you once we've received and examined your return. If the refund is approved, you will receive a full refund or a partial refund if you availed free delivery (total COD amount - delivery amount of 350 or the respective applied amount).
The refund will be automatically processed to the bank account mentioned in the return application within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well. If more than 15 business days have elapsed since we approved your return, please contact us at craftydigitalmarketer@gmail.com
If your returned product is not validated for return, we will inform you via phone to elucidate the issue and arrange for the item(s) to be sent back to you. We will make two attempts to return the product to you, so please ensure you are available for the delivery at your specified address.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:

Regrettably, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

At Futuristic Finds, exchanges are complimentary. We will handle the collection of the package and dispatch a courier to facilitate the exchange. The courier will contact you before reaching the provided address, so kindly ensure that the package is ready for collection by our courier team.
