Shipping rates and timing
Futuristic Finds ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://www.futuristicfinds.com) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website, you will be agreeing to the following Delivery terms. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and establish expectations on our service.
1. General
Subject to stock availability. We strive to maintain precise stock counts on our website, but occasionally there may be a stock discrepancy, and we may not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In such cases, we will fulfill the available products and contact you to inquire whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would like us to process a refund for the upfront payment.
2. Shipping costs
Shipping costs will be determined based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected along with the purchase amount.
It is summarized in 3 categories:
Weight-wise Nationwide:
Small Item: 250 Rs
Medium Item: 380 Rs
Large Item: 500 Rs
This amount will be the final shipping cost for the customer. If a customer chooses the free delivery offer, the delivery amount will be adjusted accordingly upon returning the item.

4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Transit Time Domestically
In general, domestic shipments take 2-6 days to arrive.
4.2 Dispatch Time
Orders are typically dispatched within 3-4 business days after receiving the order.
Our warehouse operates from Monday to Saturday during standard business hours, excluding national holidays when the warehouse will be closed. In such instances, we take necessary measures to minimize shipment delays.
4.3 Change Of Delivery Address
For requests to modify the delivery address, we can accommodate the change at any time before the order has been dispatched.
4.4 P.O. Box Shipping
Futuristic Finds will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer courier services to these locations.
4.5 Military Address Shipping
We can ship to military/Cantt addresses using our Shipping Partners.
4.6 Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to become available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await the arrival of this item.
4.7 Delivery Time Exceeded
If the delivery time has surpassed the estimated duration, please contact us so that we can investigate the matter.
5. Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link through which they can monitor the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates provided by the shipping provider.
6. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you discover that a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please decline the parcel from the courier and immediately get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered in your absence, please contact customer service for further guidance.
7. Cancellations
If you change your mind before receiving your order, we cannot accept cancellations once the order has been processed. If the order has already been processed, please refer to our refund policy.
8. Insurance
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value indicated by the courier.
8.1 Process for Parcel Damaged In-Transit
We will initiate a refund or replacement as soon as the courier completes their investigation into the claim.
8.2 Process for Parcel Lost in Transit
We will initiate a refund or replacement as soon as the courier conducts an investigation and confirms the loss of the parcel.
